Our shipping and returns policy is simple. When you pay for shipping we send it by local Australia Post for shipping within Australia. For international shipping we use either Australia Post, DHL or TOLL. The payment for international shipping only includes the shipping cost. If there are any custom’s clearance or any tax or customs charges, this responsibility is that of the buyer. If the buyer does not pay the customs charges, the product will get destroyed by customs, and there will be no refund.
As the goods are made up of oils, we cannot provide any refund if you change your mind and after the goods have been shipped. However if the goods are damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged goods within the unopened package and we will send you a replacement.
